Single Brand Campus Activation Tent Setup
Space Acquisition and Permissions
- Secures a prime 10x10 foot slot with the event or college organizing committee.
- Handles all campus permissions, promoter entry passes (up to 4 people), and vehicle unloading passes.
Infrastructure and Setup
- One standard 10x10 foot white pagoda or gazebo canopy tent.
- Two folding rectangular tables with white cloth skirting and two standard plastic chairs.
- Basic power setup with one 5/15 Amp socket and two focus lights. Note: Heavy load power for deep fryers or ovens requires extra charges.
Branding
- Printing and mounting of standard flex banners.
- Includes one top fascia banner (approx. 8x2 feet) and one table front flex (approx. 6x3 feet).
On-Ground Management
- Dedicated on-site point of contact to ensure the tent is ready before arrival.
- Basic troubleshooting for power cuts or crowd control near the stall during event hours.
Bulk Vendor Zone Curation and Setup
Vendor Sourcing
- Curates a mix of food and beverage or flea market vendors tailored to the event audience.
- Secures well known fast food chains and local pop-up brands to create an elevated food zone.
Zone Infrastructure
- Supply and installation of uniform 10x10 foot white pagoda tents for a clean food court look.
- Standardized furniture for every vendor including two tables with uniform white skirting and two chairs.
- Centralized electrical distribution for safe power access and basic lighting for all stalls.
Logistics and Management
- Manages vendor arrival and departure schedules to prevent chaos on the event grounds.
- Ensures basic safety protocols are met by food vendors using heating equipment.
- Dedicated on-site management team to handle vendor grievances and coordinate with main organizers.
