It is one thing to look at a pretty setup, but our stations—like the charm bar or potpourri counter—actually keep people occupied and laughing. We bring a team of 1-2 coordinators to every setup because managing the crowd, supplies, and tools is the hard part, and we handle that hustle so you can actually enjoy the party.
Events should have a pulse. When we set up our live stations, we are not just placing a table with supplies; we are building a mini-event within your celebration. Whether it is a mehendi function or a casual Sunday brunch, guests often need an icebreaker. That is where our interactive zones come in.
We handle the setup, the supply replenishment, and the coordination. For a standard 50-guest setup, you get a 3-hour operation window. We bring the styled 6ft table, the wooden risers, and all the necessary inventory. If you pick the DIY potli or tote bag station, we bring the patches, gota patti, and fabric markers so your guests have a productive, creative outlet. If you prefer the fragrance bar, our team helps guests mix their own potpourri sachets with essential oils.
