Join my 21-day intensive fencing camp where we push boundaries, build mental discipline, and turn beginners into competitive fencers.

I begin a session by briefing our young athletes. Clear communication and setting goals for the day are key parts of our organized training approach.

Discipline and unity are the foundations of our club. Our fencers stand in a line, ready and attentive for the day's training instructions at the summer camp.

Young fencers participate in a dynamic warm up session. These exercises are designed to prepare their bodies for the specific movements required in fencing, focusing on leg strength and flexibility.

A group of students practices basic fencing stances. Mastering the 'en garde' position and proper posture is crucial for balance and effective movement on the strip.

Core strength is vital for a fencer's stability and power. Here, our students are engaged in floor exercises like planks to build a strong physical foundation.

Our athletes perform side planks, an excellent exercise for strengthening the obliques and improving balance during lunges and retreats.

I closely supervise a footwork drill session. Proper footwork is the most important skill in fencing, allowing a player to control distance and create opportunities.

Training should also be fun. Here, students participate in an agility drill using cones, which improves their reaction time and coordination in an engaging way.

I lead a mind game focused on speed and reflexes. These activities are designed to sharpen mental focus, which is just as important as physical skill in a bout.

An interactive drill where students must react quickly to visual cues. This type of training helps improve the decision making process during a competitive match.

About Summer Camp: The Training Ground

This is not a leisure camp. Expect 4.5 hours of daily, high-intensity training conducted in our focused corridor setup. We focus on endurance, technical grip handling, and live sparring, ensuring you get enough practice time to actually improve your game before the program ends.
