I bring a proper gin bar to your space, using fresh herbs, quality tonics, and premium labels like Malfy, Roku, and Greater Than. Every drink is mixed on-site, not pre-poured.

The making of my signature Gin Basil Smash. I muddle fresh basil and lime before adding Greater Than gin and topping it with tonic water for a crisp, herbal drink.

A classic Gin Sour, made here with Malfy Gin Rosa. The process involves shaking gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white for a smooth, tangy cocktail.

This is my Gim Jam Sour, a creative take on a classic. I use Roku Gin and orange jam to create a uniquely sweet and sour flavor profile with a rich, foamy texture.

A vibrant Gin and Tonic with a twist. I use Malfy Gin Rosa and a strawberry infusion to give this classic a beautiful pink hue and a hint of fruit flavor.

The LitchyPeachy is a colorful and fruity gin cocktail. I layer litchi juice, crushed peach, and Bottega Gin, then top it with sparkling water for a refreshing finish.

This is my Hawaiian Wife cocktail, a layered drink with Jaisalmer Craft Gin, Bacardi Orange, and a touch of blue curaçao for that stunning green-to-yellow gradient.

When I make a Gin Basil Smash or a Gin Sour at your party, I do not use pre-mixes. I carry fresh basil, real lemons, and high-quality tonic water, muddling everything right in front of your guests. If the quality of the spirits and the freshness of the ingredients do not match, the drink fails. That is why I handle the preparation as carefully as the final pour.
