My Approach to Hair Color

Why Silver or Highlights?

• Silver/Grey: This is a bold, modern move. It requires precision bleaching, but when we get that tone right, it looks clean and timeless. It's a great way to own your look.
• Subtle Highlights: If you aren't ready to go full silver, subtle highlights or reddish-brown tones are the way to go. They add dimension and thickness, making your cut look sharper.

The Process

When you come into the shop, we don't rush. We start with a consultation to map out your skin tone and hair texture.

1. The Lift: For lighter looks, I use a professional lightener and bond-builder additives to protect your hair structure while we lift the pigment.
2. The Color: Whether it's a global base for grey coverage or zonal highlights, I use premium products from L'Oreal Professionnel and Schwarzkopf Igora. For more creative shades, I trust Birds of Paradyes.
3. The Aftercare: I don't just finish the cut and send you out. I'll walk you through how to use sulfate-free products so your color stays fresh and doesn't turn brassy after three washes.

If you're going for a big change, keep in mind that maintenance is part of the game. We can chat about how often you'll need to pop in for root touch-ups so you keep looking sharp without spending every weekend in a chair.
