We build champions. Here is our student, Rakshith Dave, celebrating a double podium finish at the Qatar Supersport 300, representing India on the international stage. This is the result of dedication and expert coaching.
Mentorship is at the core of our training. I personally provide trackside guidance and strategic advice to each rider, ensuring they have the tactical knowledge and mental strength to compete at their best.
We offer a clear and structured pathway from being a road rider to a certified track racer. Our programs, including Pro Racing, Master Classes, and Track Experiences, are designed to build your skills progressively.

Proper race craft is learned through practice. Our training includes on-track sparring sessions where riders learn to navigate close-quarters racing, honing their overtaking skills and defensive lines against other talented racers.
It's never too early to start. We are proud to have coached young talents like Raheesh Khatri, who became the 2022 Idemitsu Honda India Talent Cup Champion through our structured youth development program.
I am Ramji Govindarajan, founder of Ten10 Moto Academy. With 7 Indian National Championships under my belt, my mission is to pass on my experience and create the next generation of Indian racing champions.

You don't need to own a race-spec machine to get started. For our Weekend Moto Intro sessions at Aruani Grid, we provide the motorcycle and the safety gear. We strip away the intimidation factor, putting you on a track-prepared 150cc bike so you can focus entirely on learning the lines, body position, and throttle control without worrying about equipment setup.
Racing isn't just about speed; it is about precision, mental conditioning, and understanding the 'why' behind every corner. Our training at Ten10 is structured to demystify the track. We believe in building a foundation that holds up under pressure, whether you are a complete beginner hitting your first apex or an aspiring pro preparing for the National Championship.
The Training Roadmap
We have built a clear progression path to ensure you are never over your head:
- Weekend Intro Sessions: This is where it starts. A 4-hour crash course at Aruani Grid in Bangalore that transitions street riders to the track. You learn etiquette, flags, and basic posture.
- FMSCI Certification (Level 1 & 2): For those serious about racing licenses. We head to major circuits like MMRT or Kari Motor Speedway for a 2-day intensive program covering racing physics, suspension geometry, and race-craft simulations.
- Pro-Racer Development: A monthly commitment for serious athletes. This includes video telemetry analysis, weekly drills, and sparring sessions to replicate real-world racing conditions.
Why Our Approach Works
I started this academy because I wanted to fix the accessibility gap in Indian motorsport. I have 7 National Championships to my name, and I know that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is rare. Our riders, like Rakshith Dave and Raheesh Khatri, prove that with the right technique and a supportive team environment, Indian riders can compete on the global stage. We focus on 'Follow the Pilot' drills, where you learn by mirroring professional lines, and post-session debriefs where we break down your riding posture to correct errors before they become habits.
