At Natarani, we believe dance is about connection, not just steps. Whether you are learning Bollywood, hip-hop, or prepping for a wedding, our approach is all about finding your josh and enjoying the process.

Get to know us! We are a team of dancers and choreographers from Mumbai with a vision to connect people through the art of dance. We specialize in various styles and have experience with everything from corporate events to school annual functions.

Wondering what we do? This list covers the wide range of services we offer, including sangeet choreography, corporate shows, personal fitness sessions, music video choreography, and more. If it involves dance, we've got you covered.

Dancing is more than just a fun activity; it's a full body workout with amazing benefits. Regular practice can improve heart and lung fitness, increase flexibility, boost mental well being, and improve muscle strength.

Want to take your dance skills to the next level? We've put together a few professional tips to help you unlock your potential and become a better dancer. Follow along to start your journey.

Tip 1: Practice Consistently. Dancing is a skill that improves with repetition. Setting aside dedicated time to practice your moves and work on your technique is the most important step you can take.

Tip 2: Take Classes. Learning from a qualified instructor helps you build a strong foundation in proper technique and form. We offer classes focused on the specific style of dance you are interested in.

Tip 3: Focus on Technique. Paying close attention to your posture, alignment, and movement quality will make your dancing look more polished and professional. We emphasize these fundamentals in all our sessions.

Tip 4: Record Yourself. Watching yourself dance on video is a powerful tool for self assessment. It helps you identify areas for improvement that you might not notice while you are in motion.

Tip 5: Get Feedback. Constructive feedback from your instructor or fellow dancers is crucial for growth. It provides an outside perspective on your technique and performance, helping you improve faster.

About The Natarani Method: Tips & Info

We do not believe in just teaching steps and walking away. At the end of every session, I make sure we record the routine on your phone so you have a personal guide for your home practice. This simple habit helps you focus on your posture and expressions rather than worrying about forgetting the sequence before our next meeting.
