A look inside a typical training session at our academy. We focus on building complete athletes through a mix of agility ladder drills for footwork, running for stamina, and strength training like barbell bench presses for power.

One-on-one coaching is key to building a strong foundation. Here, I am working with a young student on his punching technique and power, guiding him through each movement on the heavy bag to ensure proper form.

I lead by example. This is a demonstration of precision and power with a Yoko geri (side kick) and Ura mawashi geri (hook kick) drill, showing the level of technique we strive for in our kickboxing and karate training.

Our coaching goes beyond martial arts. We focus on holistic development, including corrective exercises for issues like flat feet. This before-and-after shows significant improvement in a student's foot posture, which is crucial for long-term athletic health.

About this collection

Training here is not about gym trends. We focus on real-world mechanics. You will see students using battle ropes and tire flips, but the core of our work is precision pad work for karate and kickboxing, and corrective exercises for issues like flat feet. It is a no-nonsense, open-air setup where the only thing that matters is your consistency.

At Revolution Martial Arts & Fitness Academy, we have a simple rule: Train hard, fight easy. My goal is to build champions, both in the dojo and outside of it. Whether you are a beginner looking to improve your fitness or an athlete preparing for district or national karate and kickboxing competitions, you will find the same intensity here. We do not use AC or fancy machines; we use battle ropes, heavy tires, and iron weights on matted floors to keep your conditioning real.

For kids starting at age 4, we focus on foundational discipline, self-defense, and even physical health corrections like managing flat feet. For adults, we offer one-on-one sessions that move past basic weight loss to building genuine strength and martial arts proficiency. We operate out of two branches in Bhatkal (Bunder Road and Azad Nagar) and offer doorstep personal training if you need flexibility. This is not for the faint-hearted.
