One-on-one coaching is key to building a strong foundation. Here, I am working with a young student on his punching technique and power, guiding him through each movement on the heavy bag to ensure proper form.

I lead by example. This is a demonstration of precision and power with a Yoko geri (side kick) and Ura mawashi geri (hook kick) drill, showing the level of technique we strive for in our kickboxing and karate training.

Our coaching goes beyond martial arts. We focus on holistic development, including corrective exercises for issues like flat feet. This before-and-after shows significant improvement in a student's foot posture, which is crucial for long-term athletic health.

You will see students using battle ropes and tire flips, but the core of our work is precision pad work for karate and kickboxing, and corrective exercises for issues like flat feet.
