The Reality of Laser Removal

You will see 'frosting'—a white, chalky residue—immediately after the laser hits the skin. This is completely normal and fades in minutes.

- It takes time: Depending on the age of your tattoo, the density of the ink, and the size of the script, it will take multiple sessions. Black ink usually goes faster, but I will check your specific tattoo before we start.
- The Pain Factor: Yes, it feels like a rubber band snap. It is not painless, but I always apply numbing cream before we start, so it is definitely manageable.
- Post-Care: This is where the work really happens. I provide proper bandaging if there is any blistering and guide you on the antibiotic ointments to use. The goal is to get you clear skin with minimal scarring.
