For evening events, the lighting is different and the hours are long. My priority is a flash-proof base that stays flawless under bright venue lights and stays put through hours of dancing. I use high-end, long-wear products from brands like NARS and Charlotte Tilbury to ensure your makeup looks as sharp at midnight as it did when you stepped out of my studio.
Evening occasions change the rules. Unlike daylight weddings, cocktail parties and receptions require a balance between bold aesthetics and durability. When you are under dim venue lights or facing heavy camera flashes, your makeup needs to be precise.
I focus heavily on skin prep, using serums like Laneige to create a hydrated canvas so the foundation sits comfortably without looking cakey or feeling heavy. My approach to eye makeup for evening functions is custom—whether it is a signature cut-crease, a shimmering halo eye, or a classic, deep smokey eye, I ensure it is balanced perfectly with your lip color.
