You will often see our team in the middle of training sessions because we believe application technique is just as important as the product itself. When you visit Tangles, you are not just getting a service, you are getting a team that spends hours studying the latest Schwarzkopf and Wella protocols to ensure your hair stays healthy while you get the look you want.

At Tangles, we believe a salon should be more than just a place to get a quick cut. Since I started this 19 years ago in Gurgaon, my goal has been to create a space where you don't feel confused about what you are paying for or what treatment you are actually getting.

Our Approach to Quality

We treat your hair with the same care we would our own. This is why you will never find 'sasta maal' (cheap, harmful products) here. We stick to premium lines like Schwarzkopf and Wella because they provide predictable, safe results. If a treatment is going to damage your hair, I will be the first one to tell you not to do it.

If you see our stylists gathered around a chair, they are likely working with a trainer. We do not stop learning just because we have been in the industry for years.
