- Consultation First: Main aapse pehle baat karunga (I will talk to you first). We need to get clear about your routine, your hair quality, and what you are actually looking for. No surprises, no regrets.
- Quality Over Everything: You will notice a lot of color work in our gallery. We only use Schwarzkopf and Wella because cheap, formaldehyde-laden products can permanently damage your hair. I would rather say no to a service than use a product that compromises your hair's health.
- Customization: A classic bob on one face might need different layering than on another. We use techniques like point cutting and slicing to add movement, not just to trim length.
- Post-Service Care: The work does not stop when you leave the chair. I provide clear guidance on sulfate-free care and styling routines so you can maintain that salon-fresh look at home.
