Designing vertical sanctuaries that redefine the skyline. Our residential towers balance Art Deco grandeur with contemporary engineering, creating private, sky-high homes with panoramic city and sea views.

Empire Tower, our tribute to Art Deco grandeur, rises 310 meters to reshape Mumbai's skyline. This video showcases its timeless proportions, rhythmic geometry, and the bold verticality that defines this soaring residential sanctuary.

A view of Empire Tower, our 46-floor residential project inspired by the Empire State Building. The design balances classic Art Deco cues with contemporary engineering, featuring stone-finished cladding for both elegance and endurance.

An upward view of Empire Tower, emphasizing the vertical fluting and sculptural detailing that define its Art Deco vocabulary. This perspective highlights the rigorous structural precision required to achieve such aesthetic finesse at over 300 meters.

A detailed look at the facade of Empire Tower, where private plunge pools are integrated into the Art Deco design. This showcases our philosophy of embedding bespoke luxury within a grand architectural statement.

This video, featuring our founder Mr. Noshir Talati, tells the story of Palais Royale. It is a testament to our ambition to set a new benchmark in design and sustainability, creating not just a building, but an architectural marvel.

Palais Royale, India’s tallest high-end residential tower, is a landmark of sustainable design and refined urban living. This video tour highlights its soaring central atrium, grand lobby, and the seamless integration of luxury amenities.

About this collection

Beyond the aesthetic allure of fluted facades and sculptural crowns, our high-rise designs prioritize structural integrity in vertical living. We integrate specialized podiums and wind-load-resisting engineering to ensure that each apartment remains a peaceful sanctuary, even at altitudes exceeding 300 meters.

Architecture is a conversation between structural precision and human comfort. When designing residential landmarks in Mumbai, we view the building as a vertical community. Every project begins with deep site analysis, mapping sun paths and wind directions to ensure natural light fills every living space without compromising privacy.

In our iconic towers like Palais Royale and Empire Tower, we moved beyond standard construction methods. We utilized high-grade M-80 and M-100 concrete to achieve the necessary stability for structures rising over 300 meters. The layout strategy shifts from dense urban blocks to generous, single-apartment-per-floor configurations. This provides the spatial freedom of a bungalow within the dense urban fabric of South Mumbai.

Privacy remains our central architectural tenet. By incorporating private lift cores, double-height ceilings, and extensive wraparound terraces, we dissolve the boundary between indoor and outdoor life. Amenities are integrated as lifestyle anchors. Rooftop swimming pools, sky bridges, and landscaped decks act as shared neighborhood spaces, transforming the experience of high-rise living from mere accommodation into a deliberate environment.

Engineering is never an afterthought. From optimizing lift circulation and fire safety staircases to facade detailing that minimizes solar gain, our approach ensures that the tower performs as beautifully as it stands.

We have been shaping India's skyline since 1975, guided by the belief that a building should possess both structural soul and functional grace. Our team approaches every skyscraper as a piece of sculpture, where tradition meets tomorrow's engineering needs.
