A selected collection of our most defining projects, where structural ingenuity meets the serene art of living.

We sculpted this South Mumbai residence as an urban paradise, where two towers are connected by a sweeping Sky Deck. This elevated oasis offers panoramic views of the city and the Arabian Sea, seamlessly blending active living with luxurious leisure high above the urban landscape.

Looking up through the central atrium of Palais Royale, one of India’s tallest residential towers. This 215-meter vertical space is an engineering marvel that bathes the interiors in natural light, creating a sense of immense scale and spatial harmony.

The flowing curves of this corporate headquarters redefine modern architecture. We designed the central atrium and open, dynamic spaces to foster collaboration and creativity, integrating lush greenery on every level to merge sustainability with a futuristic aesthetic.

At Palais Royale, the poolside experience is designed with resort ease and metropolitan poise. A crystalline ribbon of water is framed by private cabanas and palm-lined greenery, creating a serene retreat where luxury is felt in the scale, proportion, and touch of every detail.

An aerial view of the iconic sports stadium for our 70-acre master plan for Bharati Vidyapeeth University in Pune. This project is part of a grand vision to create a unified urban community, integrating academic, cultural, and sports facilities into a cohesive whole.

The lobby of Empire Tower is a celebration of Art Deco-inspired grandeur. Soaring ceilings, rhythmic geometry in the flooring, and rich stone finishes with polished metal accents create an atmosphere that is both opulent and inviting, a true prelude to the luxury that awaits.

We imagined this Malabar Hill residence as an 'Urban Forest'. The design features a symphony of cascading greenery juxtaposed with abstract architectural forms, like the fluid metal cladding on the podium, creating a serene escape from the urban rush.

About this collection

Our approach to every project, whether a high-rise tower or an institutional campus, remains consistent. We prioritize structural integrity and the long-term livability of the space. We start by analyzing site topography and wind loads before a single line is drawn, ensuring that iconic facades like those at Palais Royale are built to stand the test of time while maximizing natural light and ventilation.

Architecture is not merely about constructing buildings. It is about creating environments that foster a specific way of life. At the core of our practice is the balance between the sculptural and the functional. When we design vertical sanctuaries like Palais Royale in Worli, the challenge lies in harmonizing immense scale with human-centric details. We utilize double-height ceilings and single-apartment-per-floor layouts to ensure privacy, while engineering feats like the 215-meter central atrium allow light to penetrate the very heart of the structure.

Our work extends beyond residential heights into commercial and institutional master planning. For the Bharati Vidyapeeth campus in Pune, our focus shifted toward creating a unified urban community, emphasizing pedestrian-first mobility and integrated green corridors. We believe that public spaces, such as plazas and stadiums, should be designed with the same rigor as private residences.

Whether it is the Art Deco-inspired lobby at Empire Tower or the cascading greenery of our Malabar Hill redevelopment, our priority is always the material palette. We layer stone, brass, and glass to create textures that feel lived-in and timeless. This commitment to quiet luxury means we avoid fleeting trends. Instead, we focus on spatial harmony, ensuring that the transition from a grand lobby to a private living space is seamless. Our process is collaborative, involving site-specific analysis, from sun paths to seismic resilience, resulting in spaces that truly perform for the people who inhabit them.
