Crew & Equipment
- 2 Senior Cinematographers using Sony Alpha or Canon R3 series cameras.
- 1 Drone Pilot for aerial establishing shots (subject to venue permission).
- 1 Light Assistant with continuous video lights for low-light rituals.
- Audio setup including on-camera shotgun mics and lapel mics for vows.
- Gimbals used for stabilized walking shots and entry sequences.
Deliverables
- Wedding Teaser: 1-minute reel delivered within 1 week.
- Cinematic Highlight Film: 4 to 6 minutes, color-graded narrative film with licensed music.
- Full Traditional Film: 45 to 90 minutes linear documentation of all rituals and performances.
- Raw Footage: Provided on client-supplied Hard Drive.

Shoot Details
- Duration: Up to 8 hours of shooting on a single day.
- Locations: Covers 1 to 2 locations (e.g., Heritage streets, Sea Link, or Vineyards).
- Outfits: Time allowance for 2-3 costume changes.
- Concept: Scripted or candid storyboard planning.
Deliverables
- The Pre-Wedding Film: 3 to 4-minute HD cinematic video set to chosen music.
- Save-the-Date Teaser: 30-40 second vertical teaser for social media.
- Direction: Posing assistance and direction throughout the session.
Exclusions
- Location rental fees, makeup artist, and crew travel expenses are not included.
