To make this happen, a dedicated editor travels with my team and sets up a high-performance workstation right at your venue. While we are busy shooting your reception entry or guest interactions, they are already color-grading the morning footage, ensuring the final film is ready before your guests finish dinner.
How it works on the day
Many couples ask if a same-day edit feels rushed. My answer is always the same: it is intense, but the energy is unbeatable. Because I bring a specialized editor along with the shooting crew, the process runs parallel to your wedding events. We don't just throw clips together; we pick the best moments from the morning rituals, the laughter, and the happy tears to create a narrative that truly feels like your story.
What you need to know
There are a few logistical things to keep in mind. Since this is a live-production service, we require that the venue or your DJ provides the necessary projection hardware—screens or LED walls. We bring the workstation and the expertise, but the actual display relies on your venue's setup.
This service is perfect if you want to share a sneak peek with guests who couldn't make it to the morning ceremony or simply want to relive the highlights while the party is still in full swing. It is a 3 to 5-minute highlight reel, color-graded and set to music, delivered on a pen drive so it is compatible with standard projectors.
