About Wedding Decor and Design
We turn wedding spaces into stories. I’ve spent years crafting decor that’s not just pretty, but personal - whether you want a temple-inspired wedding decor or a modern, minimalist wedding setup, I’m all in.
How I Work
- I start by getting to know your vibe and the venue’s soul. Mood boards, sketches, and lots of back-and-forth till we nail the look.
- Once you’re happy, I handle the nitty-gritty - from sourcing flowers to building custom structures. I work with solid teams so you don’t have to stress.
What I Create
- Traditional feels? I’ve built mandaps inspired by Hampi, complete with musical pillars and Vaikunta Dwara entrances. Love South Indian style? Expect saree backdrops, bell hangings, and marigolds everywhere.
- Dreaming of a Bridgerton wedding theme or palace vibes? I’ve done pastel florals, wisteria, and grand chandeliers in places like Udaipur’s Oberoi.
- Want something bold? My golden mirror aisle design is a showstopper. Or go subtle with all-white beach setups and soft lanterns.
Every Function, Its Own Mood
- Mehendi: Bright marigolds or pastel poolside chill.
- Sangeet: Mirrored floors, disco balls, neon signs.
- Haldi: Yellow blooms, decorated swings.
- Ceremony: Statement mandaps, wow entrances.
- Reception: Candlelit tables, elegant backdrops.
Where I Work
Based in Bangalore, but I travel all over India for destination wedding decor - from Goa beaches to Rajasthan palaces.
I’m obsessed with details, but I’ll be honest - sometimes the weather or venue rules mean we have to tweak things last minute. But I’ll always make it work for you.

My Story
Hey, we’re Soumya and Abhilash, the faces behind Taarini. Ten years in, and honestly, feels surreal sometimes. From our first wedding to crazy all-nighters with our team, to those families who took a chance on us—big love. This isn’t just decor for us, it’s our madness, our joy. Even got to go back to my college and talk weddings! We just want to keep spreading that magic, one event at a time.
My Work
What We Do - Luxury wedding & event decor, planning, couture - from grand destination weddings to small haldi or mehendi setups.
How We Work - We start with a moodboard, and then go mad with details till your vibe matches our vision. No two events ever look the same.
