Monthly Group Vocal Classes
Core Training Module
- Curriculum Mix: A blend of 60% Hindustani Classical (Swaras, Alankars, Raags like Bhupali) and 40% Light Music (Bollywood songs, Bhajans).
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week (8 sessions per month) with a duration of 60 minutes each.
- Batch Size: Small groups of 4 to 8 students to ensure peer learning while maintaining individual attention.
Classroom Experience
- Seating: Traditional Baithak style (seated on floor rugs) to ground the voice, with chairs available for those unable to sit on the floor.
- Accompaniment: Live Harmonium support by the instructor during practice and usage of electronic Tanpura/Tabla apps for rhythm training.
- Exam Prep: Syllabus coverage for Gandharva Mahavidyalaya exams for interested students.

- Attention Ratio: Dedicated 1:1 focus on your specific pitch (Sur) and rhythm (Taal) requirements.

Technical Coaching

Intensive Crash Course
Course Structure
- Intensity: High-frequency classes held Monday to Friday for a duration of 2 to 3 weeks.
- Focus: Rapid introduction to vocal basics and learning 2-3 complete songs to a performance level.
- Suitability: Ideal for summer vacations or beginners wanting to test the waters before committing to a yearly curriculum.
Deliverables
- Skill Acquisition: Understanding basic Swaras, rhythm, and overcoming stage fear.
- Certification: A participation certificate is provided upon completion of the crash course.
Studio Recording Experience
Production & Recording
- Studio Time: Approximately 60 to 90 minutes of recording time in the vocal booth equipped with acoustic treatment.
- Equipment: Usage of professional condenser microphone with pop-filter and studio monitoring headphones.
- Post-Production: Basic mixing and mastering of the vocal track with the karaoke music by a sound engineer.
Vocal Prep
- Mic Technique: Instruction on distance control, breath management, and singing effectively for recording.
- Final Output: A high-quality digital audio file (MP3/WAV) of the performance, suitable for social media or reels.

- Perform live at our suron ki mehfil with tabla and harmonium. Stage fright? We tackle it together.
- Studio recording experience: Sometimes, you’ll get to record in a real studio - it’s a different feeling.
- Exam prep: If you want, I’ll guide you for formal music exams like Gandharwa Mahavidyalaya.

My Story
Hi, welcome to Swar Sadhna Mandir. For us, music is not just notes - it's our mandir, our vibe. I began this place so anyone, from chotu bachcha (little kid) to senior uncle, can find confidence in music. No stress about perfect pitch, just sync thoda off, vibe full on. Our students have sung with Sachin Tendulkar, got Gandharwa Mahavidyalaya certificates, and jammed Bollywood hits. We celebrate Guru Purnima with a big Utsav - keeping guru-shishya tradition alive, but also having fun. This is our tribe.
