About Pre-Wedding Stories
For these sessions, I focus on getting you past the 'camera shy' phase. We spend a full day at one location, which gives us enough time to relax and actually enjoy the process. My package includes three outfit changes, meaning we can capture everything from formal portraits to candid, comfortable moments as the day progresses. This isn't just about taking photos; it's about giving you space to be yourselves while I handle the lighting and framing.
Your Story, My Lens
Most couples feel a bit nervous before their first professional shoot. That is completely normal. My approach to pre-wedding photography is built around comfort and storytelling. I don't believe in forcing stiff poses. Instead, I look for the small things—the way you walk together, a shared joke, or how you look at each other when you think no one is watching.
The Process
I prefer shooting at locations that offer a mix of textures and light. Whether it's a quiet, misty lakefront in the early morning, a vibrant sunflower field, or the grand, rustic corridors of a heritage property, I scout spots that add depth to your photos.
- Full-Day Commitment: We don't rush. A full-day session (6-8 hours) allows us to play with different times of day. We utilize the soft morning light for portraits and the golden hour for that warm, cinematic glow.
- Outfit Changes: You get three outfit changes, which helps you tell different parts of your story—perhaps a traditional look, something formal, and a casual outfit for those candid, laughing moments.
- Cinematic Teaser: Along with 40-50 high-end retouched photos, I include a 1-2 minute romantic teaser film. This is perfect for sharing on social media or playing during your wedding reception.
