For my maternity sessions, I focus on that 'half me, half you' connection. I keep the posing simple so you feel comfortable, whether we are shooting an outdoor session or covering your Dohale Jevan. My goal is to capture those real, candid emotions without making you feel stiff in front of the lens.
When you book a maternity or baby shower session with me, you are getting more than just a camera operator. I use my Nikon Z6 with an 85mm prime lens to get that soft, cinematic bokeh that makes portraits feel intimate and timeless.
My Approach to Your Session
Whether it is a solo maternity shoot or a full event coverage for your baby shower, I prioritize what is real. For maternity shoots, I suggest 3-4 hour slots to keep the energy high and give us enough time for 3 costume changes without feeling rushed. We can do outdoor natural light or a comfortable indoor setting at your home.
Capturing Marathi Traditions
For baby showers, especially Dohale Jevan, I pay close attention to the small but important details that matter to your family. I make sure to get shots of the phoolancha dagina (floral jewelry), the Oti Bharne rituals, and the candid reactions of your family. My goal is to deliver a set of 200-250 images and a 3-4 minute cinematic video that helps you relive the energy of the day, rather than just a series of posed family photos.
I deliver all my work digitally within 1-2 weeks, keeping the process straightforward so you can focus on the arrival of your little one.
