Classic Room Surprise Decor
Core Decor
- Ceiling Arrangement: 30 to 40 Metallic or Chrome finish balloons attached to the ceiling (Air filled with removable glue dots, not helium) with hanging ribbons.
- Focal Point: One standard 16 inch foil balloon text set (e.g., Happy Birthday, I Love You) mounted on a wall or shimmer curtain.
- Floor Scatter: 40 to 50 loose balloons scattered around the bed or floor area.
- Backdrop: 2 units of shimmer curtains (Silver, Gold, or Red) to create a photo background.
Romantic Ambiance
- Floral Touch: 500g of fresh rose petals used to create a small heart shape on the bed or a short pathway on the floor.
- Lighting: 20 to 25 standard wax tea light candles placed safely around the room or battery operated fairy lights.
Logistics
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
- Crew: 1 Decorator.
- Location: Indoor only (Bedroom or Living Room).

Structural Setup
- Backdrop Frame: A 6x6 foot or 7x7 foot circular metal ring stand or mesh frame.
- Balloon Art: Organic style balloon garland covering 50% to 70% of the ring. Includes approximately 150 to 200 balloons in 2 to 3 colors and mixed sizes (5, 10, and 18 inch).
- Signage: One standard LED Neon flex sign (Choice of: Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Better Together, or Happy Anniversary) suspended in the center.
Decorative Accents
- Floral Inclusions: 4 to 6 bunches of artificial flowers and faux foliage inserted into the balloon garland.
- Lighting: One LED focus light (PAR light) placed at the bottom to illuminate the structure for photos.
Logistics
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Crew: 2 Decorators.
- Tear Down: Next day removal of frame and neon sign included.
Luxury Cabana & Marquee Setup
Cabana Structure
- The Cabana: An 8x8 foot cube structure built using PVC or metal piping.
- Draping: Full coverage using sheer white polyester fabric or net curtains styled with tie backs.
- Illumination: High density warm white fairy light strings draped vertically on three sides and across the ceiling canopy.
- Ceiling Decor: 6 to 8 white paper lanterns suspended from the roof of the cabana.
Feature Props
- Marquee Letters: Giant illuminated letters (approx 2.5 to 3 feet tall) spelling MARRY ME, LOVE, or BDAY.
- Balloon Props: 5 to 10 helium filled (or stick supported) red heart foil balloons.
Dining & Ambiance
- Low Seating: Bohemian style floor seating with 1 low wooden pallet table, 2 floor mattresses with white sheets, and 4 to 6 throw cushions.
- Table Decor: Artificial candle lanterns, a small artificial floral centerpiece, and a table runner.
- The Walkway: A 4 to 6 foot pathway created using fresh rose petals and lined with 10 to 12 LED or wax candles in glass holders.

Proposals That Stand Out
If you’re planning to propose, I can make it bold or keep it private, depending on what feels right. Think giant ‘MARRY ME’ letters, neon signs, or a big heart made of balloons. I’ve done proposal balloon decoration by pools and terraces, with rose petals and candles for that filmy entry. You want a private cabana dinner after? I’ll set it up.
Anniversaries & Milestones
For anniversaries, I do custom backdrops and love-themed balloon arches. You pick your color combo, I’ll handle the details. If it’s a big year like 25th, I add milestone numbers so everyone knows how far you’ve come. Sometimes, folks want an anniversary cabana setup outdoors - I love doing those.
Rooftop & Room Setups
I’m known for rooftop romantic dinner decor - cabanas with fairy lights, cozy seating, and overhead lanterns. At home, I make rooms pop with balloon-filled surprises and foil messages like ‘MY LOVE’ hanging up.
