Intimate Room & Balcony Decor
Core Decor Elements
- Balloons: 50-70 metallic or pastel latex balloons (air-filled) arranged on the ceiling with ribbons and scattered on the floor.
- Foil Accents: Includes 2-3 large 18-inch heart-shaped foil balloons and a script "Love" or "Happy Anniversary" banner.
- Floral Layout: 500g of fresh red rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed or a pathway on the floor.
Lighting & Atmosphere
- Candles: 10 to 15 battery-operated LED tea-light candles placed near the petal arrangements.
- Fairy Lights: Approx. 10 meters of warm white serial lights draped on headboards or curtain rods.
Logistics
- Location: Suitable for indoor bedrooms, hotel rooms, or covered balconies.
- Time: Setup takes approx. 60-90 minutes.
- Takedown: Client to handle cleanup (items are mostly disposable).
Cabana & Low-Seating Dining Setup
Cabana Structure & Seating
- Frame & Drapes: 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft metal/PVC frame draped with peach, white, or red polyester fabric.
- Seating: Low-height floor mattress with a white sheet, table runner, and 4-6 colorful throw cushions.
- Table: Low wooden pallet table suitable for two people (Note: Food and cutlery are not included).
Lighting & Decor
- Illumination: Extensive fairy lights creating a ceiling canopy inside the cabana and a curtain backdrop.
- Props: 4-6 vintage-style white lanterns or birdcages and 20+ LED candles outlining the area.
- Backdrop Elements: 6-8 ft organic balloon garland attached to the frame and a rental neon sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday" or "Better Together").
Premium Marquee Proposal Setup
Signature Structures
- Giant Heart: A 6ft x 6ft freestanding heart structure densely covered in high-quality artificial red roses.
- Marquee Letters: 2.5 to 3 ft tall light-up letters spelling "MARRY ME" or "LOVE" placed next to the heart.
- Neon Sign: "Will You Marry Me?" neon script mounted on the heart structure.
Walkway Configuration
- Carpet: 10-15 ft red carpet runner leading to the proposal spot.
- Florals: Fresh rose petals lining the carpet edges and 6-8 metal stands with artificial flower bouquets.
Effects & Lighting
- Ambiance: 40-50 LED candles placed along the red carpet and near the letters.
- Special Effects: Includes 2 shots of remote-controlled Cold Pyro (indoor-safe sparklers) for the proposal moment.

Romantic moments deserve a vibe, not just decorations. I plan and set up surprise party decor across Bengaluru - homes, gardens, terraces, wherever you want. My thing is making it look and feel personal, not like a generic balloon showroom.
Proposals That Hit Different
If you’ve got the big question, I’ll make your surprise proposal decoration something real special. Think neon ‘Will You Marry Me?’ signs, dramatic heart backdrops with red roses or balloons, and a walkway with rose petals, red carpet, and glowing lanterns. All the lights, zero fire hazard - fairy lights and LED candles everywhere. If you want to add a romantic dinner table arrangement after, I’ll set that up too.
Anniversaries & Couple Celebrations
For anniversaries, I go from cozy for two to big family parties. Custom photo backdrops for couples, marquee numbers, ‘LOVE’ letters, and shimmer walls. I make sure your cake and gift spot looks Insta-worthy, with decorated pedestals and a backdrop that fits your vibe.
Bride-to-Be Parties
Bachelorette or bridal shower - I keep it chic but fun. ‘Bride to Be’ neon sign, balloon arches in trendy colours, and if you want, boho low seating with cushions so everyone actually chills.
Outdoor Magic - Terrace & Cabana
Outdoor setups are my jam. Terrace cabana lighting, fabric drapes, starry string lights, and flexible seating - you get a cozy place that doesn’t feel overdone. Formal dinner table or laid-back mats, I’ll sort it out based on your plan.
