About Intimate Celebrations & Cabana Setups
Our cabana setups are designed specifically for Bangalore apartment balconies and rooftops where space is limited but the view is great. We bring the sheer curtains, fairy lights, and low-seating mattresses to you, typically completing the setup in 90 to 120 minutes so you can keep the surprise under wraps until the last moment.
Setting up a romantic surprise in a residential space requires precision. When working with small balconies or terraces, we prioritize layout to ensure the area feels spacious rather than cluttered. We use wooden A-frame teepees or lightweight cabana frames that do not require heavy drilling or permanent alterations to your venue.
What Goes Into Our Setups
Our standard intimate celebration packages focus on ambiance and lighting. We include:
- Lighting: Warm white fairy lights are the core of the design. We drape these over the frame and across the ceiling or balcony railings to create a soft, glow-filled atmosphere.
- Seating: We provide floor mattresses with rugs and cushions, allowing you to relax at a low-height table for your dinner or celebration.
- Floral & Decor: We use fresh rose petals for pathways and artificial floral bunches to accent the structure.
- Balloons: For birthday-specific surprises, we incorporate balloon garlands or ceiling clusters that match your preferred color theme, such as gold and white or rose gold.
Planning Your Surprise
Most of our clients want to keep the process discreet. Since we handle the full setup, you do not need to worry about the logistics. We require access to the space roughly two hours before the event starts. If you have a specific color theme or a message you want spelled out in marquee letters or foil balloons, please share that when you book so we can source the exact props. We do not provide food or butler services, so please ensure your catering or meal is arranged separately for the evening.
