About Romantic Terrace & Rooftop Setups
Rooftops can be windy, so I use sturdy metal or PVC piping for all cabana structures to keep them secure throughout your event. I handle the entire setup, from the fairy light canopy to the floor seating and walkway, so you only need to worry about the food and the company.
Setting up a private terrace dinner or a proposal space requires more than just balloons. My rooftop packages, specifically the Luxury Cabana setup, are designed to create a defined, intimate space on an open terrace.
What Goes Into a Rooftop Setup
When I transform your terrace, I focus on building a structure that feels like a private room. This includes an 8x8 foot cabana frame draped in sheer curtains and illuminated with high-density fairy lights. I use paper lanterns for the ceiling and low-seating arrangements with cushions to keep the vibe relaxed and comfortable.
The Logistics
Because these setups involve building structures and hanging lights, they require significant preparation time. A full luxury cabana setup takes between 3 to 4 hours to install. I arrive with a team of three to ensure everything is stable, tied down properly, and aesthetically balanced. Please note that these are decor-only services. I do not provide catering, so you will need to arrange for food and drinks separately.
Customization
If you have a specific vision, share a reference photo. I can adjust the color palette of the balloons, the type of neon signage (such as 'Marry Me' or 'Happy Birthday'), and the layout of the floral walkways. Whether you want a romantic proposal space or a milestone birthday party on your terrace, I adapt the props and lighting to fit your space.
