Most players have the physical skills, but they crumble when the pressure is on. Our mental toughness sessions focus on the discipline and focus needed to perform.
A full house at the academy, with every player locked in. I make sure everyone, from the youngest beginner to the advanced trainee, understands that hard work and a strong mind are non-negotiable.
Here I am explaining the finer points of court positioning and strategy. I believe in direct communication to ensure every player understands their role and the game plan.
It's a two-way street. I encourage questions and interaction during our mindset sessions to build a strong, communicative team environment where players learn from me and from each other.

About Mindset & Mental Toughness
You can have the best technique in Delhi, but it means nothing if you lose focus in the middle of a rally. We incorporate real-time pressure drills and psychological conditioning into every practice session to make sure you stay calm, sharp, and aggressive when the game is on the line.
A match is rarely decided by talent alone. It is decided by who stays consistent when they are tired, losing, or playing against a tough opponent.
