About Net Practice & Skill Drills
We don't just put you in the nets and walk away. Monday is strictly reserved for fitness—agility ladders, running, and endurance—because technique is useless without the physical strength to back it up. If you are struggling with a specific shot or bowling action, we don't just tell you what's wrong; we use video analysis to break down your mechanics frame-by-frame so you can actually see the fix.
At Supreme, we treat the nets like a lab. We know Chembur has plenty of coaching options, but we focus on the stuff that actually translates to match day.
The Weekly Grind
We follow a set routine so you know exactly what you are working on.
- Monday: Purely about fitness. We focus on sprints, agility, and stamina because if your legs give up, your shots will too.
- Tuesday to Friday: This is where we hit the nets. It is all about technical correction and muscle memory.
Why We Mix It Up
We use a mix of indoor turf sessions and outdoor practice at Bhau Pradhan Ground. The indoor nets are great for focusing on specific flaws without worrying about external factors like wind or sunlight. The outdoor sessions give you the feel of the real ground, which is essential when you are preparing for tournaments.
Real Match Prep
We don't just watch you play. We simulate pressure. Whether it is facing fast bowlers or learning how to handle a sticky pitch, we teach you how to read the game. Even the basics like rolling and watering the pitch are part of the learning process here. You need to respect the ground you play on, and that is how you build character.
If you are serious about your game, come down to the academy. We will get you match-ready.
