Ellarigu namaskara! (Hey everyone!) We’re The Staccato Cafe - a bunch of music lovers who wanted Kannada songs to get their spotlight. Back in the day, Kannada bands were few and far between in Karnataka. That's why we jumped in. We do sing in Hindi and Tamil too, but honestly, Kannada hits different for us.

What You Can Expect

At our gigs, we make sure it feels like a big family jam. We’re all about high energy, pulling the crowd in, making you sing and dance along. If you’re looking for a Kannada live band experience with that unbeatable buzz, this is it.

• We play at all sorts of events - sangeet, wedding receptions, college fests, corporate parties, and even chill acoustic set for cafes.
• For weddings and family events, you’ll see us in traditional get-up, matching the vibe.
• Big concerts, college shows - we go full volume, big crowd, lots of dancing.
• If you want something mellow, we do duo/trio acoustic sets that work for small places.

Our Music

Our playlist is a proper mishmash - retro classics (think SPB, S. Janaki, Rajkumar), new chartbusters, our own mashups, high-energy dance numbers, and original songs. Yep, we’re a multilingual music performance crew.

How We Roll

Depending on your event, we show up from a duo to a full 5-piece band, sometimes more. We bring pro sound folks so that every note is crisp. Interactive college fest music or soulful acoustic set for cafes, we’re flexible.

We just love the stage and the crowd - that’s the honest truth.
