What I Do
I’m Sundar (Sungeet Captures is just me and Geetha, mostly behind the camera), and I try not to miss any moment that matters to your family. Whether it’s a naming ceremony or your baby’s first birthday, I’m there to catch genuine smiles, those quick hugs from grandparents, and even the occasional tantrum (kids, yaarey! - what can you do?).
Family Events, Start to Finish
- Naming ceremony photography: I cover rituals like thottil/jhula moments and those classic family group shots in your best ethnic wear.
- First birthday photo shoot: Decor, cake-cutting, and all the chaos - I get the happy faces and the not-so-happy ones too!
- Styled portraits can be squeezed in, with props and themes if you want, right at your venue.
Candid Moments, Real Connections
My style is mostly unposed and candid family moments, mixed with some timeless, traditional family portraits. I shoot both vivid colors and classic black & white - depends on the vibe and what really fits your family.
Flexible & Hassle-Free
I’m Bangalore-based but can travel anywhere in the city. If you want studio shots but don’t want to step out, I’ll bring my home studio photography setup to you - lights, backdrops, props, all sorted.

My Story
Hey, we're Sundar and Geetha—Sungeet Captures is just us, mixing our names and our love for family photos. Started this because, yaar, time flies and those tiny baby yawns and goofy grins? You blink, they're gone. We both shoot together, so new moms and babies feel at ease. We get a kick out of coming up with fresh ideas, like those dreamy maternity gown photoshoots or silly themes for kiddos. It's not just work, it's memories.

Family & Kids Photography - We do maternity, newborn sleepy poses, baby milestones, toddler shoots, plus events like naming ceremonies and first birthdays.
At-home Shoots - We bring props, lights, backdrops to your home for an at-home baby photoshoot. Everyone’s comfy, especially the little ones.
Best Time to Book - Maternity shoots: 28-32 weeks. Newborns: within 15 days for those adorable curled-up shots.
