Festival and Deity Henna Designs in Bangalore
From Ganesh Chaturthi portraits to traditional Dasara motifs, I draw custom festival henna that brings your cultural stories to life. Let’s celebrate your next occasion with meaningful art.
A peaceful Lord Ganesha resting on a hibiscus flower, a popular design for Ganesh Chaturthi. This simple yet detailed portrait is perfect for celebrating the festival.
A heartwarming depiction of a girl hugging her friend, Ganesha. This custom henna art tells a story of devotion and friendship, perfect for personal expression during festivals.
Even gods need a mother's love. This portrait of Goddess Parvati with baby Ganesha is a tribute to the universal bond between a mother and child, created for a Gowri Ganesha festival.
A special design for Krishna Janmashtami, featuring Bala Krishna (baby Krishna) in a basket. This thematic henna is a beautiful way to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.
Celebrating the bond of siblings with this custom Raksha Bandhan 2023 design. This henna art captures the moment a sister ties a rakhi on her brother's wrist.
A detailed portrait of Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and arts. This divine henna design is perfect for Navaratri or for anyone seeking blessings for their creative journey.
My tribute to the grand Mysuru Dasara festival. This design captures the iconic elephant procession, a beautiful way to carry the festive spirit on your hands.
About Festival & Deity Henna
Drawing deities or portraits is a delicate process, so these designs take about 60 to 90 minutes per palm. To get the fine details right, like the gentle expression on a Ganesha or the intricate jewelry on Goddess Saraswati, I use an ultra-fine 0.3mm tip cone. If you have a specific festival or a deity in mind, it helps to reach out early so I can prepare the custom reference work before I arrive.
Why choose custom festival henna?
Festivals are about moments, and I believe your henna should reflect that. Whether you are celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi, Janmashtami, or the grand Mysuru Dasara, my deity portraits act as a beautiful tribute on your skin. These aren't standard patterns; they are thematic stories that connect you to the divine through art.
My process and materials
I only use my own 100% homemade organic henna paste. It is free from chemicals and PPD, which makes it safe for everyone, including children and elders during family gatherings. I triple-sift the Rajasthan henna powder and blend it with essential oils like Eucalyptus to ensure you get that deep, dark stain that stays for days.
How I work with you
When you book a festival design, we start with a quick conversation. You can send me reference images of the deity, symbol, or story you want, and I will tailor the surrounding motifs to fit your style.
- Precision: I use fine-tip cones for all portrait work.
- Placement: Whether you want a central palm piece or a design that wraps around the wrist, we can customize the layout.
- Travel: I travel across Bengaluru and Mysuru for group bookings and individual festival appointments.
If you have a specific festival date approaching, please book your slot in advance so I can give your design the time and attention it deserves.
