When I started Sugar Blossoms, I wanted to bring the nostalgia of traditional Indian festivals together with the techniques I learned in New York. My Diwali collection is the result of that mix. You will find staples like gulukand kishmish and date and nut barfi sitting right alongside my signature brownies and crispy onion lavash.
Everything is made at my studio in Sector 7, Noida. I use real butter and Callebaut chocolate because I believe you can taste the difference. For my larger festive trays, I use leatherite, wood, or acrylic bases that are meant to be reused as organizers or decor long after the treats are gone.
