My Draping Process
- Steam Ironing: I bring a professional steamer to your venue to eliminate stubborn creases before we even begin.
- Pleat Sculpting: For Nivi or regional styles, I focus on equidistant pleats that fall straight and look sharp.
- Structural Safety Pinning: I use rust-free, concealed pins to anchor the saree to your petticoat and blouse, creating a 'dance-proof' fit that won't shift as you move.
I understand that Bangalore events can be long. My goal is to make sure your outfit looks as fresh in the last hour as it did when you first got ready. I work with all fabric types—silk, georgette, velvet, and net—and I can help you with specific drapes like the Coorgi style or a classic South Indian muhurtham look. I am based in Bengaluru and travel to your home or hotel venue so you can get ready in peace without the stress of traveling to a studio.
