We build commercial and public spaces that turn architecture into an immersive experience. Using data-driven design, we ensure every lobby, station, and hub performs as well as it looks.

A walkthrough of the Parinee I Tower lobby in Mumbai, showcasing how the triangulated, reflective ceiling interacts with light to create an ever-changing, immersive environment for visitors.

The expansive Parinee lobby with its geometric ceiling and walls. The design uses a person's movement to reflect and animate the space, making the user a part of the architecture.

A detail view of the Parinee lobby, highlighting the harmony between the sculptural marble reception desk, the angular seating, and the complex geometry of the mirrored ceiling.

The entrance to the Parinee I Tower, where the three-dimensional, triangulated pattern on the exterior wall provides a preview of the geometric language used within the lobby.

The bespoke, angular seating elements in the Parinee lobby are designed as functional sculptures, echoing the geometric theme of the space while providing comfortable waiting areas.

This diagram shows the computational design evolution of the Parinee lobby ceiling. It breaks down the process from initial triangulation to the final complex 3D form with integrated lighting.

My design for the Baiyappanahalli train station entrance in Bengaluru. The grand staircase leads passengers into a light-filled concourse, with angled glass walls offering views of the integrated green spaces.

A view from the platform level of the Baiyappanahalli station concept, looking up at the multi-level green spaces that create a hanging garden effect above the tracks.

About Commercial & Public Spaces

In our recent Parinee I Tower lobby project, we did not just install a ceiling; we built a reflective, triangulated mesh that actively responds to light and user movement. This demonstrates our commitment to using structural architecture, rather than simple surface treatments, to define the atmosphere of a commercial space.

For commercial and public sectors, we prioritize performance alongside aesthetics. Whether it is a transit hub like the Baiyappanahalli train station or a high-end corporate lobby, our process starts with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric tools. This allows us to test light penetration, structural integration, and circulation flow before a single brick is laid.

By using computational design, we can manage complex geometries—like the fluid, mirror-finished ceilings in Mumbai or the sprawling green courtyards in Bengaluru—while maintaining high construction efficiency. We do not separate interior design from architecture; they are the same discipline. Our approach ensures that public spaces remain functional for high-traffic use while feeling distinctive and personalized for the brand they represent. If you have a site in India that requires a shift from standard planning to high-performance, immersive design, we can help you model and execute it.
