Community & Amenity Spaces

We design shared spaces like clubhouses and pavilions that serve as the heart of a community. Our focus is on creating inviting environments that flow seamlessly into the landscape, fostering natural interaction and providing places for residents to gather, relax, and connect.

Residential Design: Blurring Indoors & Outdoors

Our residential projects are designed to dissolve the boundaries between the home and its natural surroundings. We use large openings, central courts, and balconies with integrated greenery to ensure the outside is always close, borrowing views and light to make spaces feel expansive and alive.

Campus & Institutional Planning

For large sites like schools or corporate campuses, we break down the scale by creating smaller, interconnected pods or clusters. This "small village" approach uses walkways, courtyards, and shared open areas to foster a sense of community and organic interaction, all while using honest materials like terracotta and brick.

Plotted Development Concepts

We develop architectural languages for plotted layouts that give neighborhoods a unique sense of place. Using a consistent palette of natural materials like clay, wood, and stone, we design dwelling units and streetscapes that are both aesthetically cohesive and responsive to the climate and context.

The Design Process: From Sketch to Model

Our design process is deeply rooted in physical exploration. We move from initial concept sketches to intricate physical models to test the play of volumes, light, and shadow, ensuring every space feels right before it is built. This hands-on approach allows us to refine the tactile and spatial qualities of our architecture.
