Indoor-Outdoor Living
I design homes that erase the line between the interior and the natural world. By using large windows, verandas, landscaped courts, and materials that flow from inside to out, I make the surrounding garden or park an integral part of the home's daily life.
Material Craft: Terrazzo, Concrete & Wood
I have a deep passion for honest, tactile materials. My work prominently features in-situ terrazzo, polished concrete, and the warmth of teak and birch, often combined in unexpected ways to create spaces that are both raw and refined.
Dynamic & Adaptable Spaces
I believe homes should be able to change with your mood and needs. I use elements like sliding, folding, and pivoting partitions in materials like teak, rattan, and fluted glass to create rooms that can be open and social or private and cozy.
Bespoke Furniture & Artistry
Most of the furniture in my projects is custom-designed by me and built by talented local artisans. From unique four-poster beds to modular shelving and collaborations with muralists, I integrate bespoke pieces that make each home one-of-a-kind.
Project Showcase: Ikigai House, Mumbai
This project was about creating a layered and adaptable home in a large Mumbai apartment. I used a warm palette of teak wood, brass, and hand-painted panels to design a space that feels both grand and intimately personal.
Project Showcase: House of Skye, Bangalore
For this Bangalore home, I explored the artistic potential of in-situ terrazzo, using it in various colors and forms throughout the space. The design combines this with warm woods, clever storage solutions, and custom murals to create a home that is playful, practical, and rich in texture.
