About Newborn Whispers: Those Precious First Days
Newborn sessions at my studio are slow, patient, and entirely baby-led. Whether your little one is sleepy or wide awake, I allow plenty of time for feeding, changing, and soothing, because your baby’s comfort is the only priority in the room. You won't find us rushing through poses or using harsh lighting; everything is designed to keep your newborn calm, safe, and sound throughout the process.
A Safe, Gentle Start for Your Little One
When you bring your baby to Studio Gaffy, you are stepping into a space designed for softness and safety. Newborn photography requires a different level of patience than any other type of shoot. I have been documenting these delicate early days since 2016, and I know that the best shots happen when the baby feels secure.
What Happens During a Session
Our newborn studio in Basavanagudi is kept at a comfortable, warm temperature, specifically to ensure your baby stays cozy throughout the session. We use a mix of minimalist, high-key lighting for those classic, airy looks, and carefully curated props—like vintage cars, mini pianos, or soft, textured wraps—to add a touch of whimsy without overwhelming the subject.
I focus on the details that disappear the fastest: the swirl of an ear, the tiny curve of a fingernail, and those first, quiet yawns.

- When to Book: I recommend booking your newborn session during your second trimester to ensure you get a priority slot in our calendar.
- Studio Environment: Our studio is fully equipped for family participation. While we focus on the newborn, we encourage parents and siblings to join in for a few connection-focused shots, capturing the new bond of your family.
- Safety First: Your baby’s safety is non-negotiable. Every pose is natural and supported, ensuring your little one is never placed in an uncomfortable or unsafe position.
