Pricing Guide
Standard Half-Day Studio Access (6 Hours)
Timing & Logistics
- Strict Slots: Choose between 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM OR 02:30 PM to 08:30 PM.
- Crew Limit: Valid for a team of up to 5 people (Photographer, Model, Stylist, etc.).
- Deposit: Requires a ₹3,000 cash refundable security deposit before the shoot begins.
Set & Facility Access
- Backdrops: Access to 25+ themes including Santorini walls, Desi Village, and Red Vintage Car (used sequentially).
- Comfort: Includes 1 private air-conditioned green room with makeup mirror.
- Staff: 1 complimentary non-technical helper to assist with bag lifting and holding reflectors.
Penalties & Extras
- Overtime: Strict charge of ₹800 per 30 mins if the session exceeds the booked slot.
- Amenities: Complimentary parking and drinking water dispenser included.
Full-Day Creative Production (12 Hours)
Duration & Scope
- Timings: Continuous 12-hour access from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
- Lighting Versatility: Covers daylight, golden hour, and artificial night setups.
- Evening Sets: Unlocks access to light-dependent sets like the Fairy Light Tunnel, Bonfire Area, and Marquee Letters.
Production Support
- Team Size: Covers standard crew of 5 people (Extra members charged at ₹1,500 per head).
- Assistance: 1 dedicated non-technical runner available for the full shift.
- Facilities: All-day access to makeup and changing rooms.
On-Site Add-ons (Pay-Per-Use)
- Props: Access to rent heavy items like a Convertible Open Car (approx. ₹1,000/30 mins) or Snow Machines.
- Canteen: In-house food available for purchase (Veg Thali, Maggi, Tea/Coffee).
Podcast & Video Suite Rental (South Delhi)

- Location: Situated in Lajpat Nagar (South Delhi), separate from the Gurugram sets.
- Acoustics: Professionally sound-treated room to minimize echo and external noise.
- Tech Support: Includes technical assistance for level checks and recording initiation.

- Audio Gear: Includes RodeCaster Pro interface and broadcast-quality dynamic mics on boom arms.
- Video Ready: Pre-lit setups optimized for 3-camera angles.
- Themes: Choice of Modern Vibrant (Blue walls/Pop art) or Cozy Creative (Rugs/Vinyl records) sets.

- Customizable Studio (Gurugram): Moveable walls, loads of backdrops, AC, and you get to set the scene for anything - fashion, product, workshops, you name it.
- Outdoor Sets (Gurugram): Want something hatke (different)? Pick from a desi village, Santorini-inspired photography sets, or even a fairy-lit evening shoot. Props like vintage cars and a yellow plane also available.
- Podcast Studio (Delhi): Soundproofed, equipped with top gear, and two setups - bold colors or a chill living-room feel. Just plug in and record - podcast studio with equipment sorted.

My Story
Hey! Welcome to Studio Future Forward. Hum logon ne yeh space shuru ki because everyone was searching for that perfect spot. Santorini ka feel chahiye? Mil jayega. Desi vibe? Bilkul. Hum kaam ke pagal hain, but seeing those flawless smiles and creators getting their dream shots – bas, that’s our high. Yeh jagah dil se banayi hai, ek magical getaway for shoots, memories, and now, even podcasts in Delhi. Bigger, better, bolder – that’s us.
