Commercial Interior Design That Tells Your Brand Story
Your commercial space is the first chapter of your brand's story. We design cafes and retail environments that do not just occupy space but actively engage with your customers, turning architecture into a conversation.
The entrance to Soley European Cafe, where a custom-built tram car facade serves as a unique gateway to the culinary experience inside. This design element immediately transports visitors and sets the narrative for the space.
A view of the Soley Cafe entrance framed by a bold, red slatted screen. This contrast between the modern red structure and the vintage-inspired cafe facade creates a dynamic and visually interesting entryway.

The storefront of Sangam Sweets in Kalyan Nagar, designed to reflect a craft handed down through generations. The design blends traditional motifs with contemporary flavors, creating an inviting space for a modern Indian palate.
The main counter at Sangam Sweets, where a rich history of Indian architecture is reinterpreted. The design uses elements like columns, arches, and geometric patterns to create a modern space with deep cultural roots.
The billing and display counter at Sangam Sweets features metal details inspired by traditional column designs. The curved counter showcases a wide range of Pan-Indian sweets against a backdrop of historical artwork.
The seating area at Sangam Sweets is framed by delicate, filigree-like metal arches. This design element creates intimate nooks for customers while echoing the traditional architectural themes of the space.
We reimagined the traditional column as a multi-functional design element. Here, it is split to create both a standing table and a vertical display unit for snacks, topped with a light fixture covered in natural banana fiber.
The seating zone at Sangam Sweets features custom chairs and tables that carry forward the theme of traditional Indian arches and columns, ensuring every piece of furniture is part of the overall design story.

About Commercial Storytelling: Cafes & Retail
We do not believe in generic commercial layouts. For every project, from the European-inspired tram entrance at Soley Cafe to the heritage-infused counters at Sangam Sweets, we work backward from your history. We look at the architecture of the site, your brand’s roots, and the specific emotion you want your customer to feel the moment they walk through the door.
Commercial design is more than optimizing square footage. It is about creating a sensory experience that aligns with your brand identity. Whether we are blending traditional Indian motifs with modern minimalism or reinterpreting architectural history to fit a contemporary cafe, our focus remains on narrative-driven design.
Our Approach to Commercial Spaces
We treat your business as a living entity. When we worked on the Sangam Sweets outlet, the goal was not just to display products but to honor a six-generation legacy. We utilized traditional arches, columns, and metal detailing to ground the store in history while using modern lighting and terrazzo flooring to keep it fresh for a younger, evolving palate.
Sustainability and Materiality
In our retail projects, particularly our concepts for Bangalore International Airport, we prioritize materials that tell a local story. We explore the use of banana fiber, water hyacinth, and repurposed scrap metals to create fixtures that act as focal points. This reduces environmental impact and adds a layer of authenticity that synthetic materials cannot replicate.
Creating Flow and Engagement
We use spatial psychology to guide your customers. By splitting the function of traditional columns into standing tables or using curved lighting to form a 'curtain of light,' we ensure the environment is functional yet surprising. Our goal is to craft a space where the architecture encourages customers to linger, interact, and ultimately, remember their time with your brand.
