Award-Winning Museum & Cultural Spaces
This collection showcases our comprehensive work on the KLE Centenary Museum, a project that received national recognition. We transformed a dilapidated colonial building into a celebrated public institution by restoring the core structure and extending the program into the surrounding landscape with new pavilions and water courts.
Sensitive Commercial & Office Extensions
This cluster features our "Hoverspace" project, where we addressed the need for additional office space by designing a new structure that floats above the existing 50-year-old building. This approach allowed us to expand the facility's footprint without disturbing the original architecture, creating a distinct yet cohesive new identity.
Palace & Art Deco Restoration
We are currently engaged in the meticulous restoration and adaptive reuse of this historic Art Deco building, originally the seat of a princely state. Our work involves preserving its unique architectural character while repurposing it as a contemporary home, demonstrating our expertise in handling large-scale heritage residences.
Urban Renewal & Community Spaces

This cluster demonstrates our versatility in adaptive reuse across different scales and building typologies. We transform existing structures, from 1960s apartments to narrow urban plots, into functional and aesthetically compelling contemporary spaces through thoughtful spatial manipulation and material choices.
