Family Sangeet Choreography
Choreography & Rehearsals
- Routine Design: Custom steps designed specifically for non-dancers (family, elders, children), focusing on high-energy, easy-to-remember Bollywood or Regional moves.
- Practice Sessions: Includes 3 to 4 rehearsal sessions (1 hour each) per song, conducted at the client's home or the studio.
Digital Support
- Music Services: Professional track splicing and mixing (e.g., creating a medley of two songs or removing long intros).
- Tutorial Videos: Step-by-step recorded videos sent digitally for family members living abroad or those who miss rehearsals.
Event Support
- Coordination: If the booking exceeds 5 songs, a choreographer acts as an on-site stage manager to handle formations and run-throughs on the event day.
Theatrical Bridal & Groom Entry
Concept & Visuals
- Theme Selection: Choice of one major concept from the portfolio, such as Blooming Lotus, Royal Padmavat with Mashals, Vintage Frames, or LED Angel Wings.
- Prop Usage: Includes heavy, manual-operation props (e.g., mechanical petals, large feather fans) and stage-grade costumes designed for high visibility under event lighting.
Manpower
- Troupe: A team of 6 to 8 professional dancers performing a choreographed walk from entrance to stage (3 to 5 minutes).
- Management: One on-site coordinator to manage cueing with the DJ and lighting console.
Logistics & Audio
- Audio: Editing of the entry track to ensure the music crescendo matches the visual highlight.
- Transport: Logistics for props and dancers within city limits is included.
Note on Exclusions
- Special Effects: Dry Ice (Low Fog) and Cold Pyro sparklers are not included and must be arranged via the decor or SFX vendor.

Performance Scope
- Welcome Act: One traditional or thematic performance (e.g., Diyas, Kathakali fusion, or Ganesh Vandana) during guest arrival or start of program.
- Filler Acts: 2 to 3 high-energy Bollywood or Commercial dance numbers performed between family speeches to maintain event momentum.
- Background Support: The troupe serves as background dancers to enhance the Couple's First Dance visuals.
Team & Wardrobe
- Troupe Specs: 6 to 8 professional dancers available for a 3-4 hour window.
- Costume Changes: The team changes outfits for every sequence to match the specific mood of the song (Traditional for welcome, Glitzy/Western for fillers).
- Props: Includes handheld props like ribbons, umbrellas, or dandiya sticks suited to the choreography.

We see your wedding as a full-on show, not just a ceremony. That first entry as a couple? We want it to feel like a movie scene. The Lotus Entry is our signature - dancers in giant lotus petals making your grand entrance unforgettable. If you want something different, we also do Royal Padmavati, Angel Wings, Diya & Saree, peacock or butterfly entries, even violin and Sufi concepts. Basically, if you can imagine it, we’ll make it happen.
Dance Dhamaka From Start to Finish
Our team brings life to every function. We handle welcome dances as guests arrive, professional backup dancers for your Sangeet, and full-on Bollywood sangeet choreography for those high-energy moments. Even the varmala ceremony gets a special touch with our dancers setting the vibe. We love adding a bit of drama - fog machines, LED wings, mashals, all that jazz.
Everyone Can Join In
Don’t worry if you think, “Nanna kai nalli dance illa” (I can’t dance). We make the steps simple and fun for first dances, parents, cousins, even friends flying in from abroad. Family wedding dance rehearsals are part of the deal, so nobody feels left out or awkward on Sangeet night.

My Story
Hey, Rajan here from Studio 234 Dance Company. Since 2006, we’ve been living and breathing dance. It’s not just work, it’s family - rehearsals, Deepavali together, shooting street reels for fun, sakkathagavle! (it's amazing). We travel all over India for shows, from big corporates to farmers’ launches. Opened our own studio in Moodalapalya recently - that’s our happy place. If I’m not dancing, I’m chilling with my dog Izzy. This is our life, not just a business.
