Standard Bollywood & Fusion Dance Troupe
Performance Details
- Team Size: 6 to 8 professional dancers (Mixed gender ratio, typically 4 Male + 4 Female).
- Duration: Up to 3 distinct dance sequences, lasting 3.5 to 5 minutes each. Can be spaced out or performed as a 15-minute medley.
- Genres: Commercial Bollywood (chartbusters), Regional Fusion (high-tempo Kannada/South Indian tracks), or Retro themes.
Production & Styles
- Costumes: Includes 2 costume changes per dancer. Styles range from ethnic/Indo-Western fusion to Western shimmer outfits.
- Makeup: Professional stage makeup and hair styling completed pre-arrival or in the green room.
- Props: Standard handheld props included (Dandiya sticks, dupattas, ribbons).
Logistics
- Audio: Dedicated sound coordinator provided to manage the console and track transitions.
- Travel: Transport within city limits included (Tempo Traveler).
- Arrival: Team reports 90 minutes prior to the first act for stage orientation.
Premium LED & Visual Prop Performance
Act Configuration
- Team Size: 6 to 8 specialized performers trained in prop manipulation.
- Format: One continuous 10-12 minute "Showstopper" act or two split visual acts of 5-6 minutes each.
- Theme Options: Choose one:
- LED Wing Act: Dancers with programmable LED Isis wings (requires dim lighting).
- UV/Neon Glow: Blacklight theatre performance with glow-in-the-dark costumes (requires total darkness).
- Grand Props: Themes utilizing massive handheld fans or flower props.
Technical Requirements
- Venue: Venue must allow for 100% darkness for LED/UV acts. Minimum stage size of 24x16 ft required for prop clearance.
- Tech Check: Mandatory 30-45 minute technical rehearsal with the venue lighting engineer included.
Support Crew
- Backstage: 2 dedicated assistants included to manage prop assembly and quick changes.
- Costumes: High-maintenance technical costumes with integrated lighting circuits.
Employee Engagement & Interactive Workshop
Session Details
- Lead Instructor: 1 Senior Choreographer/Emcee to manage the microphone and instruct the crowd.
- Support Dancers: 4 Demo dancers positioned in the crowd to demonstrate steps and encourage participation.
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes of continuous engagement.
Activity Options
- Corporate Zumba: High-energy aerobic moves to Bollywood beats.
- Festive Garba: Instruction on basic 2-step/3-step Garba circles. Includes loan of up to 50 pairs of Dandiya sticks.
- Flash Mob: Surprise entry where dancers emerge from the crowd to pull employees in.
Equipment & Attire
- Music: Non-stop mix of high-BPM tracks curated for easy dancing.
- Dress Code: Team wears branded studio T-shirts or coordinated semi-casual dance wear.

My Story
Hey, Rajan here from Studio 234 Dance Company. Since 2006, we’ve been living and breathing dance. It’s not just work, it’s family - rehearsals, Deepavali together, shooting street reels for fun, sakkathagavle! (it's amazing). We travel all over India for shows, from big corporates to farmers’ launches. Opened our own studio in Moodalapalya recently - that’s our happy place. If I’m not dancing, I’m chilling with my dog Izzy. This is our life, not just a business.
