Terrace Decor: Sculptures, Water Features & Lighting
Bring your rooftop to life with lighting, art, and water. We transform open spaces into private retreats that feel like a vacation at home.
For this Lonavala project, we designed a cascading rain curtain that flows into the swimming pool. Flanked by vertical green walls and overlooking the valley, this water feature creates a serene and dramatic focal point.
This is a wider view of the Lonavala infinity pool project. You can see how the rain curtain serves as a stunning backdrop, while another smaller fountain adds a secondary point of interest, creating layers of luxury.
To create a corner of peace and tranquility, we placed this serene Buddha sculpture amidst pebbles and plants. The backlit decorative panels behind it add a warm glow, making this the perfect spot for morning meditation.
The right lighting is crucial for setting the mood. This video shows how a space transforms from day to night, with strategically placed lights highlighting the classical fountain, stone walls, and pathways of this terrace garden.
Here are three essential decor tips for any garden. Good lighting enhances the mood, curated plant collections add personality, and decorative elements like a small fountain can introduce the soothing sound of water.
Sculptures are a powerful way to add an artistic and personal touch to your garden. This reclining Buddha sculpture brings a sense of calm and contemplation to the space. We can source or customize sculptures in various sizes and materials.
This classic sculpture of a girl with a watering can adds a touch of whimsical charm to the garden. It’s a timeless piece that blends beautifully with traditional or cottage-style landscapes.
A birdbath sculpture not only adds a beautiful decorative element but also invites nature into your garden. This piece, showing a boy holding a basin for birds, creates a lively and interactive focal point.
This sculpture of a girl reading a book adds a narrative element to the garden, evoking a sense of peaceful leisure. Placing art within the greenery makes the space feel more personal and curated.
About Ambiance & Decor: Sculptures, Water Features & Lighting
Adding a fountain or water feature to your terrace requires more than just picking a design you like. We always start with the maths. A cubic foot of water weighs 27 kg, so we first check if your building’s structure can handle the load. Once we know it is safe, we move to the fun part—choosing a feature that suits your aesthetic and installing the right waterproofing so you never have to worry about leaks.
Lighting is the difference between a terrace you only use on weekends and one you use every evening. We design lighting schemes that change the mood of your garden from dusk to dawn, using warm, soft lights to highlight your plants and walkways.
When it comes to sculptures, it is all about your personality. Whether you want a tranquil Buddha for a meditation corner or a whimsical piece for a cottage-style landscape, we source and customize the size and material to fit your space perfectly.
We do not believe in cluttering a terrace. Every element, from a cascading rain curtain to a modern planter, serves a purpose. It adds depth, sound, or texture to your outdoor area, turning a plain rooftop into a serene escape. We keep the design clean, durable, and weather-resistant, ensuring that your investment looks just as good after a monsoon as it does on day one. If you have a specific vision for your balcony or terrace, let us discuss what works best for your layout.
