- Frame: Kiln-dried, chemically treated Marandi or Neem wood structure to prevent termites. Plywood reinforcement added for curved designs.
- Suspension: Heavy-duty elastic webbing belt system interlaced with S-springs for long-term bounce retention.
Comfort & Upholstery
- Foam Setup: Multi-layered sandwich foam. Base layer of 40-50 Density High Resilience (HR) Foam topped with a Super Soft Foam layer.
- Fabric: Includes 12-16 meters of premium fabric options like Heavy Bouclé, Chenille, or Performance Velvet.
- Stitching: Heavy-duty nylon thread with blind stitching on curves to ensure no visible seam puckering.
Customization
- Shape: Available in Kidney bean, C-curve, or straight linear block designs.
- Add-ons: Includes concealed legs for a floating look or custom turned legs, plus 2-3 matching scatter cushions.

- Material: Solid Hardwood construction using American White Ash or CP Teak Wood.
- Joinery: Traditional Mortise and Tenon joinery reinforced with industrial adhesives for structural load-bearing.
- Finish: Premium Polyurethane (PU) Matte/Satin or signature Shou-Sugi-Ban (Japanese charred wood) finish.
Upholstery Specifications
- Cushioning: 32-40 Density High Resilience (HR) Foam wrapped in poly-fill for a plush feel that holds its shape.
- Fabric: Premium curated selection including Bouclé, Vintage Leatherette, Suede Velvet, or Printed Linens.
- Detailing: Includes intricate piping, double-stitching, or deep tufting based on the chosen design.

- Stability: Weighted base design with felt pads and levelers for floor protection.

My Story

Now, seeing our stuff in a villa up in the hills or flipping an old apartment into a postmodern pad - feels unreal. Our own Kirti Nagar workshop is where all the magic happens, with our team handcrafting every piece. We geek out over mixing styles, from Contemporarised Elizabethan to Japandi.
