Because we use high-quality epoxy to give your work that professional, high-gloss finish, your piece needs 24 hours to cure fully before it's safe to move. You’ll leave the studio feeling completely relaxed, and you can swing by the next day to pick up your dry, ready-to-display masterpiece.
Resin art is pure magic, but it’s the process that really hooks you. When you’re at my studio in HSR Layout, you’re not just making a tray, a clock, or jewelry; you’re hitting the pause button on everything else in your week. We start by mixing our industrial-grade epoxy resin with metallic pigments, mica powders, or even alcohol inks, watching as the colors marble and flow.
If you’re doing a beach piece, you’ll learn how to use a heat gun to push the resin, creating those realistic, lacy white waves that look like they’re hitting the shore. For geode clocks, it’s all about the layering—building up crystals and metallic pastes to get that 3D, luxurious effect.
Don’t worry if you’ve never held a palette knife before. I built StoryZone for people who think they aren't 'artistic.' You don’t need to be. Whether you’re crafting a galaxy clock, preserving delicate flowers in resin jewelry, or pouring a koi pond, I’m right there to guide you through the safety gear, the mixing ratios, and the design.
