About Stylish Kurtis for Every Day
Custom tailoring is about more than just measurements. When I stitch your kurta, I prioritize the drape and finish, like using proper overlocking on internal seams and canvas fusing for a clean, crisp neckline. You get a garment that fits your body shape correctly rather than struggling with standard off-the-rack sizing.
I believe that your daily wear should not mean compromising on style or comfort. When you come to my boutique in Kamothe, we start with a conversation about what you need. Are you looking for something lightweight for a busy workday, or a sharara set for a family gathering?
My Approach to Stitching Every kurta I stitch goes through a few non-negotiable steps. I use canvas fusing for collars and plackets to keep them structured, and I always include overlocking on the inside seams so the fabric lasts longer. For my floral organza sets, I use a high-quality lining that does not add bulk, letting the fabric drape naturally. If you prefer Chikankari or Lucknowi styles, I ensure the delicate embroidery is handled carefully during cutting to keep the pattern consistent.
Customization Options
- Fit and Silhouette: From straight-cut kurtas to peplum styles or sharara sets, we decide the cut based on your body type and preferences.
- Functional Details: Need pockets? I add them. Want specific sleeves or a custom neckline adjustment? We can work on that.
- Finishing: High-quality hooks, fabric tassels, and invisible zips are standard in my work to ensure your outfit feels finished.
Stop settling for generic fits. If you have a specific fabric in mind or want to recreate a style you saw elsewhere, let us talk about it.
