We run a strict 3-stage, 8.5ft high gated entry system for every handoff. This eliminates escape risks entirely, meaning we never have 'oops' moments at the door. When you arrive, you’re always greeted by a trained handler who manages the entry process, ensuring the pack stays stable and your dog stays calm.
For us, safety isn't just a rule; it is the foundation of the stay experience. With nearly 7 years of running a cage-free facility in Bengaluru, we have learned that a secure environment is about more than just walls.
