We run a strict 3-stage, 8.5ft high gated entry system for every handoff. This eliminates escape risks entirely, meaning we never have 'oops' moments at the door. When you arrive, you’re always greeted by a trained handler who manages the entry process, ensuring the pack stays stable and your dog stays calm.
For us, safety isn't just a rule; it is the foundation of the stay experience. With nearly 7 years of running a cage-free facility in Bengaluru, we have learned that a secure environment is about more than just walls.

- 3-Stage Gate System: Our 8.5ft high perimeter gates ensure zero escape risk during arrivals and departures.
- Handler Supervision: We do not just watch dogs; our team is trained in canine body language. We monitor play energy constantly to prevent scuffles before they happen.
- The 'Safespace' Concept: We know not every dog is a social butterfly. For those who are nervous, seniors, or solo-seekers, we have a completely separate 'safespace' zone upstairs. This allows them to stay away from the main pack bustle while still getting 1-on-1 human interaction and love.
Whether your pup needs puppy-specific monitoring, medical support like oral meds or insulin administration, or just a quiet place to nap, we ensure they are always in a controlled, peaceful environment. We keep our groups small and our standards high, which is why we limit our daily intake. This ensures every dog gets the attention they need, rather than getting lost in a crowd.
