Our 14-day training module isn't a passive lecture series. You sit for daily psychological tests including TAT, WAT, SRT, and SDT, followed by unfiltered feedback from our retired interviewing officers. We don't just tell you the right answer. We identify the specific gaps in your personality and help you bridge them, so you walk into the real SSB confident, not confused.
No Shortcuts to Success

- Psychological Testing: Daily practice of TAT, WAT, SRT, and SDT. Your dossiers are assessed by experts to identify your Officer Like Qualities (OLQ).
- Personal Interview Mocks: You undergo a full-length, 45-60 minute mock interview with a retired interviewing officer. It is intense, it is real, and it is designed to prepare you for the actual board.
- Screening Mastery: Daily practice for OIR (Officer Intelligence Rating) and PPDT (Picture Perception & Discussion Test) to ensure you pass the first hurdle.
- Communication Training: Group discussions on current affairs and lecturette practice to ensure you speak with clarity and conviction.
