I've been building the street dance scene here since 2005. This isn't just a studio; it's a family built on honesty, battle-tested skills, and a deep respect for the culture. Come vibe with us.

This is me in my element, feeling the music and the crowd at a 90's Jam. It's not about performance, it's about expression. This is the raw flavor and energy I bring to every session, showing the true spirit of HipHop culture.

Community is everything. Here I am with my brothers in the scene, Raftaar and Jeev. We've all grown through HipHop, and we share the same values: giving back, recognizing talent, and growing the culture together.

This is the family. A shot from our 17th anniversary, celebrating years of building the Bangalore street dance scene. When you join my classes, you're not just a student, you become part of a community that supports and grows together.

The founders. Celebrating 17 years of HipHop India Dance Co. We've been building this community since 2005, creating a hub for street dancers in India with honesty and fairness. We are committed to the next generation.

The crew. Celebrating our studio's 17th anniversary with some of the core members of our team. These are the pillars who help us push the culture forward every single day.

Our students, friends, and family celebrating 17 years of HipHop India. This is what it's all about. A community built on love, support, and a shared passion for dance.

My judge showcase from the Battle Yaa Skills event. It's an honor to be on the panel and help guide the next generation of dancers. For me, it's about sharing knowledge and keeping the culture alive.

It was an honor to be the choreography judge for Battle Yaa Skills 2023. As one of the OGs in the scene, I take my role in evaluating and mentoring new talent very seriously.

A clip from my Master Class in 2023. I love doing these intensive workshops where we can go deep into technique, musicality, and the philosophy of street dance.

About The OG's Corner: Community & Culture

What you see here—the jams, the judging panels, the anniversary sessions—is exactly what we practice in class every day. When you train with us, you are not just learning routines; you are stepping into a 17-year-old legacy of Bangalore’s street dance scene. We keep the culture raw and the community real, so you know exactly who you are learning from when you walk through our studio doors.

More Than Just Steps

I’ve been in this game since 2001, and for HipHop India, community is the baseline. From judging at Battle Yaa Skills to hosting our 17th-anniversary jams in Koramangala, every moment captured here is about the 'fam'.

The OG Approach

When I'm in the judge's seat or teaching a masterclass, I'm passing on the same foundation I've spent two decades building. We don't do copy-paste dance here. We train for musicality, freestyle confidence, and respect for the origins—Popping, Locking, OldSchool HipHop, C-Walk, you name it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'community' actually mean here? It means growth. You'll find students, pros, and pioneers training in the same space. We push each other to level up, not just copy a video tutorial.

Why focus so heavily on the culture? Because without knowing where the moves came from, you're just moving limbs. We teach the history, the etiquette, and the mindset behind the dance so you can represent it properly.

Can beginners join? 100%. The culture welcomes everyone who is ready to put in the work. Whether you're in HSR or Indiranagar, if you have the itch to move, we have a spot for you.
