The Setup Process

Whether you choose a classic safari, a panda-themed party, or even a penguin winter scene, the process remains focused on precision. A standard setup typically takes between 1.5 to 2 hours. I handle the entire assembly, from laying the artificial turf and positioning the 7ft flex backdrops to mounting the organic balloon garlands and arranging the marquee lights.

• Standard Themed Setups: Featuring 7ft custom flex backdrops, cylinder plinths, and 350+ balloons.

Practical Considerations

Venue space is the primary factor when deciding between a compact or luxury setup. If you are working with a smaller area, we focus on high-quality balloon styling and impactful cutouts to create a focal point. For larger venues, I incorporate marquee letters, layered shimmer panels, and additional thematic props to fill the space without making it feel cluttered.
