About Competitions & Celebrations
It is not just about who crosses the line first. We run these events to teach kids the basics, like staying in their lane and handling nerves, in a safe indoor environment where parents get to cheer and even race alongside their little ones.
Our competitions at Speedupkids are less about the trophy and more about the 'Ab tu bhag Milkha!' (Now you run, Milkha!) spirit. Whether it is an internal athletics race or a parent-child sports day, we aim to build confidence and coordination in kids aged 3 to 15.
How We Run Things
We use our air-conditioned indoor facility in Meera Bagh, Paschim Vihar, to create a controlled space where kids can experience the thrill of a race without the pressure of an outdoor stadium. We set up obstacles, agility ladders, and relay tracks to introduce them to proper athletic form. Our coaches are right there to explain the rules, such as not touching the lane lines, so children learn the discipline of the sport.
Parent Involvement
We often invite parents to join the fun. When moms and dads jump into relay races or obstacle courses, it shows the kids that fitness is a family affair. It turns a standard competition into a morning filled with laughter and shared effort.
Recognition Matters
Every child gets to showcase their progress here. We give out certificates, medals, and recognize our 'Most Valuable Kid of the Month' to keep the motivation high. It is not about finding the next Olympian, but helping your child gain the social skills and physical grit that will help them in everything they do.
