Bridal and Groom Portraits
I focus on those raw, unscripted moments, like the quiet jitters while you dress or the joyful reflection before your ceremony begins.
A serene bridal portrait captured in the soft morning light. The bride, in her beautiful red saree, is having a quiet moment of reflection before the ceremony begins.
A minimalist and modern bridal portrait. We used the clean lines of the architecture to create a unique composition that highlights the bride's elegance.
A low-angle shot capturing the bride's vibrant personality and the beautiful flare of her lehenga against a bright blue sky. A moment of pure, uninhibited joy.
A short, cinematic video showcasing a bride's portraits in different sarees. We play with light, movement, and expression to create a dynamic and beautiful tribute.
A joyful and natural portrait of a bride in our studio. Her radiant smile and the soft, bright lighting create a timeless and happy image.
A stunning bridal portrait in a richly embroidered red lehenga. The moody lighting and the bride's confident glance create a powerful and glamorous feel.
A collage of portraits of a bubbly and beautiful bride. We captured different angles and expressions to show her wonderful personality.
A creative bridal portrait collage, using a mirror reflection and dramatic shadows to create an artistic and moody effect.
A diptych of a gorgeous bride in her red wedding saree. We used natural elements like lush green leaves to frame her and add a pop of color.
A beautiful shot focusing on the back of the bride, showcasing her intricate hairstyle with fresh flowers, traditional jewelry, and the detailed blouse of her saree.
About Bridal & Groom Portraits
I use my Canon R5 setup to capture your portraits in natural light, finding angles that truly look like you, not just a stiff pose. I aim for that calm, authentic feeling, keeping the shoot relaxed so you actually enjoy the process instead of worrying about the camera.
My Approach to Portraits
When I am shooting bridal and groom portraits, my goal is not to force you into awkward positions. I want to catch the way you look when you think nobody is watching. Whether it is the intricate details of your saree or the quiet pride as you adjust your groom's attire, these are the moments that hold the most weight.
The Importance of Natural Light
I rely heavily on natural light to give your photos that soft, glowing finish. I prefer shooting during the golden hour whenever your wedding timeline allows, as it creates the most flattering, dreamy look. If we are indoors at a venue like Moongate or a home setting, I look for slivers of window light to create depth and shadow rather than relying on heavy studio flash.
Practical Tips for Your Shoot
-
The 'Getting Ready' Window: I always recommend setting aside at least 45 minutes for your bridal portraits before the chaos of the event starts. This is when you are fresh and calm, and we can get those beautiful, detailed shots without interruptions.
-
Trust the Gear: I shoot exclusively on Canon Mirrorless EOS R5 and R6 systems. These cameras are quiet and fast, which means I can capture sharp, detailed portraits without needing to shout instructions or move your furniture around.
-
Stay True to Yourself: If you are a bubbly person, let’s capture your laughter. If you are shy, let’s focus on those thoughtful, quiet glances. My job is to translate your personality into an image.
If you have a specific vision, let's talk about it. We can plan the location, the outfits, and the mood together so that when the day arrives, you are just focusing on the magic of the moment.
